Bearfoot band brings bluegrass to McKinney on Nov. 14

The Alaskan band Bearfoot livened up the Courtyard Theater stage at the McKinney Performing Arts Center on Friday, Nov. 14 with the sounds of the bands Americana and bluegrass tunes they wrote.

More than 200 people attended the concert and it was the first for the band to perform in McKinney, or North Texas region. Mike Mickelson, the guitar player of the band even yodeled in one of the songs he sang about working in cotton patches and corn fields.
