Lone Star Vintage Tractor Show benefits North Texas History Center

People drove from far and wide on March 29 to catch a glimpse of antique farming tools and tractors for the North Texas History Center’s Lone Star Vintage Tractor Show. Held at Myers Park and The Collin County Farm Museum the event brought hundreds of visitors to Collin County.
Because of rainy and muddy conditions at Myers Park on March 29 the events that day were canceled. However, many people still enjoyed seeing people bail hail, tractor rides, stories of farming, exhibits of dairy

cattle being milked, and how the North Texas History Center wants to re-establish a former dairy farm located at the Collin County Farm Museum. The History Center manages the Collin County Farm Museum on behalf of the Collin County Commissioner’s Court.
